Aquascape PRO Pond Skimmers save time by automatically sweeping the pond surface clean and depositing leaves and debris into an easy-to-clean rigid basket. The skimmer basket acts as a pre-filter for the pump, preventing leaves and debris from clogging it, thus reducing maintenance normally associated with placing a pump on the bottom of a pond.

These Pond Skimmers are installed below ground at the side of your pond with easy access via the Faux Rock Lid.
Simply dig in to the required depth at the side of your pond and opposite the waterfall or stream inflow. Attach the skimmer to the pond liner with the bracket fittings included.
The pump is well protected by a quality filter mat which removes smaller sediment and debris that make it through the collection basket.

This Signature Series Skimmer 6 can handle flow rates/pumps up to 20,000 lts/hr. It has the provision to run two pumps each with separate check valves thus giving you the option of running two waterfalls off the unit or any other configuration depending on your needs and imagination.
