STEP 1 – Talk About It

Get in touch by email or phone and discuss your ideas. We will do a site visit if it is convenient for you or you can provide us with a basic layout drawing or existing landscape plan or simply some photos and measurements of the area.

We have extensive experience with varied environments and sites so we will talk you through the different possibilities based on different budgets, and discuss any additional information required.

STEP 2 – Design It

We provide you a proposal detailing the project specifications, materials and equipment and the costs and construction time. If we are working with your team or landscaper then we also detail the scope of our works and any preparation required prior to starting our works.

STEP 3 – Build It

Once you are happy with the proposal we book in a construction date that works for you. We work very quickly and efficiently and with a very low impact on the existing landscape. Our approach is flexible and fluid.

Patrick Handley is on site for the complete construction process and all Waterscapes personal are skilled in various creative and technical aspects of the design. We all have a part to play in the creation of your customised watergarden and our step by step approach guarantees exceptional creativity and quality of workmanship.

STEP 4 – Enjoy It

Enjoy!! Each rock pool or waterfall is different and will require you to simply sit and observe it. Besides making you feel good this observation is important, as you will begin to understand the ecology of your new feature. Remember that it is an ecology and will change and flux with the environment around it and as it matures. We are only a call away to help you with solutions for managing issues if they arise.

We also offer a complete maintenance program including full cleanouts or simple season spring cleans to beneficial bacterial restocking and pond re plantings by experienced staff.
