Get in touch by email or phone and discuss your ideas. We will do a site visit  or you can provide us with a full or basic layout drawing or existing landscape plan or it can be as simple as some photos and measurements of the area.

We are also a professional landscape company and offer all hard and soft landscape installations that are in conjunction with any water feature we design  - so if you also need a deck, retaining wall or landscape plantings we can take care of that for you.

We can design it all for you as simple or as complex as you would like.

We also offer design and installation of  Vertical living walls, permaculture design – large or small scale and sustainable design in any landscape.

We have extensive experience with varied environments and sites so we will talk you through the possibilities and what budget  based on different budgets, and discuss any additional information required.

If you are local to the area Patrick will arrange a site visit with you.

We visit areas that are 100km from our base at the cost of our transport to you.

Design and Scope

We provide you an initial proposal outlining the design, budget and scope of the project.  if you are happy with the concept then there are two options.

a) Designs – Contact us and we will draw up and supply the design for your project including full materials lists and final costings. There will be allowance for changes to the initial design until you are happy with design. Our quoted amount is the final price so there are no surprises.

b) Quote – a full quote based on the works required and detailing the materials and equipment and construction time. This option is ideal for smaller water features and landscapes that are not complex in design. We can often provide references in your area of passed clients where you can visit to see the results of our work so you can be happy with our ability to work this way.

Construction

Once you are happy with the proposal we book in a construction date that works for you. We work very efficiently and with very low impact on the existing landscape. Our approach is flexible and fluid.

Waterscapes staff are qualified and very experienced in their field. Our team understands that we are working in your personal space and will make sure the process is a smooth and memorable one.

Patrick Handley will be available throughout the construction process and creative and technical aspects of the design. We all have a part to play in the creation of your special waterscape and our step by step approach guarantees exceptional creativity and quality of workmanship.

We also provide step by step photo documentation of your project for you to remember the process and how it was transformed.

Lifestyle

Enjoy!! Each rock pool or waterfall is bespoke to you and your landscape. It will require you to simply sit and observe it. Besides making you feel good this observation is important, as you will begin to understand the ecology of your new waterscape.

A pond, stream or billabong really does become part of the family and part of your everyday enjoyment. It will change with the seasons and, as we insist installing on subtle LED lighting, it will also create an amazing atmosphere in the evenings for you to sit back and enjoy.

Remember that it is an ecology and will change and flux with the environment around it and as it matures. We are only a call away to help you with any questions you may have.

We also offer a maintenance program’s and aquatics plantings by our experienced staff.
